We are still adjusting to the fact that it is wet, muddy and a cooler climate. The boys have had a lot of extra energy most days since we have so few chances to really get outdoors for some fresh air and some running.
Today, Jake woke up wired with energy. So, after breakfast we sent him through a workout...and, of course, Joe couldn't just stand by and watch!
The boys did get to burn off the rest of their energy at the High School pool today when we got together with past swimmers for a little water polo action. The water was flat out cold for the boys' (or mom's) liking. But they stayed active...non-stop...the whole time they were in the water! And they loved it!
